We want ordering from The Proud of You Project Shop to be straightforward. Many POY products are produced or prepared specifically after an order is placed.
Order Processing
Processing and production time can vary by product. Any estimate shown on the product page, cart or checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping
Available shipping destinations, methods and charges are shown during checkout. Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delays can occur outside POY’s control.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@proudofyouproject.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order enters production or fulfillment.
Made-to-Order Products
Because many items are made specifically for an order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges solely because the wrong size was selected, the wrong color was selected, or the customer changed their mind. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. Please review available product information and size charts before ordering.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, materially different from what was ordered, or with the wrong item, contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@proudofyouproject.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates a package may be lost, contact us. We may ask you to confirm the shipping address and work with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Because production may begin quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Bank/payment-provider processing times may vary.
